Worst delivery service ever and company is taking their employee’s side

This 1 Star is for the great service I received from Cute at the Menlyn store.Everything was great until the day my furniture was delivered.The delivery guys were very difficult and stressful to deal with.

1. The couch couldn’t fit in the lift and they were refusing to take it up the stairs until offered “extra” cash 2. ⁠Only after being offered the cash they took the cushions of the couch out to make it “lighter “ for them to carry it upstairs using the stairs 3.They took the cushions first to my house and then they just decided that the couch wouldn’t fit on the doorway of my house without actually trying 4. Then they left the couch in my garage without telling me that they were supposed to take it back to the warehouse with them instead they left it in my garage.

So to cut the story short I am stuck with a couch that cannot fit into my house, that is partially open ..not by me but by the delivery guys . The delivery guys are denying everything that happened and the company seem to be taking their employee's side. To make matters worse I’m in a back and forth battle on “ WhatsApp “ with the delivery guys. All I wanted was to return the couch and get something smaller, I’m so disappointed, stressed and could give birth anytime from now.The ignorance, lack of responsibility and response from the supervisors is beyond comprehension.

I highly don’t recommend anyone to do business with these people at all , unless you just want to be disrespected and waste your money
