Stay away from this business

Terrible service and experience from this business. I bought a glass coffee table from the Menlyn branch, which spontaneously shattered during the night 2 weeks after recieving the unit. No kids or pets to blame. Just broke on its own. Tried to get assistance from the employees for days on end, but was just told that they have no way of contacting someone higher up. Emails are ignored. The warehouse refused to assist because the problem occurred after 7 days. Stay away from these stores.
