Rude, bad customer service. Everything else was fine.

I had the best experience with Nthabi from mattress and couch Eastgate, no complaints there. now when it comes to the collection in Centurion, terrible customer service from Rashaad, has no manners when speaking to customers, there was a discrepancy on the collection policy so I asked why was I told one thing by one person and now you're telling me the complete opposite and he rudely rep**** I must ask the other staff. Surely you work together so you ask your colleague why they passed on incorrect info, offered no assistance in the regard and just ignored me. Other than that everyone else was pleasant and collection went well. Rashaad need to learn better customer service skills.
