******* beds; poor service; this place is a ****

I bought a bed from this store three days ago. I woke up with horrible back aches, thought I’d give it a few more days .. two more nights and my back and spine are aching; the mattress is starting to sink in the middle after a few nights. The store is refusing to refund /exchange or fix the problem- the excuses are the worst “we don’t take returns that have been unwrapped” as if someone is going to sleep on a bed with plastic on it... this place will see the fullest might of the law!!!
