Poor service and insensitive treatment by floor manager at Mattress and Couch Outlet centurion

I would like to express my disappointment with regard to the service offered by Chris from Mattress and Couch Outlet-Mall@Reds.

I've written an email to the shop complaining about the Base set PREMIER ORTHOPAEDIC I bought from them and the floor manager or Supervisor Chris responded however, I only saw his respond of tge 3rd only on the 11th March due to tge fact that my phone was damaged and it is the device I'm using for my private emails. I couldn't even go to the shop as I had a knee surgery.

I responded to hus email Immediately after seeing it and promised that I'll be at the shop. On his email he mentioned that he gives us 5 days to come to the shop for exchange and by doing that I must remove my review on Hello Peter.

As explained on email the reasons for my delay, I also made sure that I make a plan to go the shop Sunday 12 March by 11h00 as I cant even drive and using crutches. When I got to tge shop, I tried to explain again,to our surprise Chris just arrogantly dismissed us and never even took time to listen to my explanation. He just kept on busying himself on his phone and the computer, hardly even looking at me as I spoke to him, completely unconcerned, insensitive, arrogant and unprofessional.

Chris said we must come to the shop for a replacement and when we get there he says it's too late because he gave us an ultimatum of 5 days.Yet he saw me in crutches, barely walking properly, he couldn't care less after taking that effort.

As desperate as I am how can I ignore his email where he indicated that I should be there in 5 days, that's highly impossible.

How can a customer be treated like this? I don't owe Mattress and Couch a cent for the bed. What Chris basically says is that "Mattress and Couch is a company that says to clients and potential clients "We sell PREMIER ORTHOPAEDIC beds but NO we can't guarantee any comfort.If the mattress is so hard that it gives you back pain,its not our business that you need physiotherapy!"

What kind of business ethic is that?

I'm very much disappointed and I'm not willing to let this pass by as this is my money I bought this bed without hesitation. They display beds with comfortable mattresses in the showroom to lure unsuspecting, innocent customers to buy them and when you deliver; you deliver beds with killer mattresses that are as hard as a rock.

Now I must pay for my daughter's consultations at the doctor for backache resulting from the quality of mattress that was delivered to her. As things stand, she's expected to sleep on the same bed after seeing the Doctor.

This is totally unacceptable;
