Extremely BAD SERVICE from Sales Person-Johan

It is clear on all the reviews red about your business that your Customer service SUCKS! I bought a decliner launch set 7 seater from the Mattress and Couch Outlet in Centurion. Not even one year old I had to return the couches to be re-stuffed. The Sales person Johan said I bought bad quality made in China. How can I expect quality goods if I only paid R15 000+ for the decliner 7 seater set? How can ANY sales person mention that to a customer? I refused to re-stuff the couches and requested a full refund which they refused. I could only buy other items on their floor for the same value. I decided to take another launch set and dining table and chairs for the value. Delivered as promised the one seat of the dining set was torn and legs of two chairs was wabbly/not steady. They said they will return the items later the same day, which they did but I had to leave for an unexpected appointment. The next day (today) after I followed up when delivery can be expected with Johan, he said I need to speak to Karabo at the store in Centurion Mall for its his day off which I did. Karabo never came back to me and after I called him again he said no Johan said everything was sorted. Still no call received for delivery arrangements. I called the Salesperson Johan again where he shouted and sworn at me as his customer which is unacceptable. He even said they will come and collect all the goods delivered yesterday and then he will see what I should do.....CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? He even told me I must come to the shop where he will sort me out-NEVER EVER in my whole live a Salesperson spoke to me in that manner. I asked for the owners number where he said He is the owner.... I want to report Johan with this review and need a personal apology from him. This treatment from a youngster/sales person won't be tolerated. Can the owner Mr Mohammed please call me on ***-Andre Venter-Van Zyl.
