Bad customer service and not professional

I have bought a wardrobe it has been 3 months month now, the mirror was broken and till today they haven't replaced it. I've called them couple of times both the menlyn store where I have purchased and the centurion factory but still am not helped. The whole management is so rude and not cooperative. Am so disappointed in their service. I just want my mirror and get done with them, I WON'T PURCHASE THERE AGAIN!!!!!
