Amazing, timeous, and incredible service.

After reading all the bad reviews posted online, my Partner and I nearly gave up on a couch we really wanted. We Spent over 2 months procrastinating because of the horrible reviews of which NONE are true...

We purchased the Gucci corner unit from the Eastgate store, we were assisted by Suli, and what great service we received, he assured us that when we went there on Saturday and paid, our delivery would take place Tuesday, as Monday was a holiday, he said that if the delivery didn't take place we would be refunded our full purchase amount on Wednesday morning.

On Tuesday afternoon the couch was delivered, the one gentleman, Proud was his name, was very friendly and helpful, there was a small issue with the joiner of the couch and he assured me he would be back today, Wednesday to sort the issue out, the young gentleman arrived at our home well after 6pm and wouldn't leave until we were entirely happy.

I strongly recommend that when purchasing, do your sales with Suli, he is phenomenal and request that your delivery is done by the amazing young gentleman who helped us, his name is Proud.
