My experience with Mattress and Couch factory Outlet at Quagga Centre Mall

I bought a Queen Bed Headboard set which comes with a cover where you put your bed inside at this shop March 2023 and they gave me everything for Queen Bed with a Double bed closure which they forced it to close and my Queen Bed doesn't fit and their excuse was that my Bed is too big. I have been reporting this issue which it has been over a year now and nothing was done about it, the sales guy by the name of *Johannes* is the one that sold me the headboard and has been telling me nothing but excuses. I don't know what to do anymore because I have a headboard that I can't use, they deserve nothing but a Zero star.
