Ridiculous customer service
The delivery guys from this shop are extremely disrespectful, first they don’t do their job. If a bed doesn’t fit they are supposed to take it back, that is even the store policy. They don’t do that TWICE in a row, now what makes me upset is they found kids and they were speaking to a woman when they made delivery. I did not appreciate the tone in which they spoke to her and when I come to shop to complain about there’s no accountability on behalf of the shop. If your employees aren’t doing their job and on top of that disrespect customers: That’s your organisational responsibility to address. I shouldn’t have to go to the shop filled with frustration because of a constant back and forth that you aren’t addressing. Completely unprofessional and poor work ethic.

Excellent service from Veloshni
I want to commend Veloshni for her outstanding service . I purchased a couch without even having to go into the store since I'm injured and it got delivered within 24 hours ,she helped me choose the perfect couch and her professionalism is awesome. I will always purchase from mattress and couch because of her service she deserves an Oscar.

Poor service delivery
Purchased a couch from Centurion Lifestyle Centre. For delivery in Hartbee****rt I had to wait a week and pay and additional fee. Only to have it delivered a week later incomplete. Now we need to wait another week because "Wednesdays" is our area for delivery. Your problem becoming my problem. Very unhappy, poor after sales and interaction from the warehouse manager that doesn't seem to be very helpful.

No customer service theor delivery company is useless
Been waiting for delivery the whole day their driver called me in the morning to say he will deliver today as planned but he went awol on me I am still waiting for my tv stand no communication from the store or the useless driver they use foreigners as their delivery company and they don't deliver when I call they don't answer their phones I will never buy from them

Mattress and Couch Centurion Lifestyle 7 WEEK DELAY!
Bought a couch set at Mattress and Couch Centurion Lifestyle Centre. I paid on 30 July. Veloshni did the sale. Promise was for 8 weeks for delivery. After I made payment I was told the Warehouse all of a sudden doesn't have our fabric in stock and the delivery date will be pushed to Mid Oct. I accepted. 16 September I followed up with Veloshni to confirm mid Oct delivery, she confirmed that Mid Oct we will have our couches. 21 Oct I had to follow up again with Veloshni about our couches, as Mid Oct has come and gone. 22 Oct she tells me now the date has been moved up to 6 - 10 November. Well today is 10 November and it is 16:19PM. Still no couches. Followed up again from my side with Veloshni. What pathetic *********** service from Mattress and Couch. 6 Week delay and still no couches. I am the one having to follow up the whole time, no communication from their side. They say delivery will be this Saturday 15 November. The proof is in the pudding. Let's hope we eventually get the delivery this Saturday.
