This so called company is a BIG ****, there is no contract in place. They asked for a insurance fee up front in order to get a loan. The insurance fee depends on the loan amount. Once you pay the insurance fees they come back to say you need to pay some other fees cause your application has been to long on they system. When you say you want to cancel, they tell you about a 7 working day refund procedure not even a policy and as a client you have not signed any documents to agree with the terms and conditions. The consultant that contact your her name is Courtney Naidoo, not sure if its her real name, she even give me an ID number which I doubt is her ID number. Maybe this ID number belongs to someone else hence I'm putting it on here and if it does belong to someone else the person can report the matter to the police, *** 08.. This lady told me yesterday that Matthew told her if I don't pay R450 by 6:30pm for the loan to be release I will not get a refund.
