Worst Service and execution of all time

I know about Mattfin for years and finally decided to use their service to renovate. I had to let them do the renovations as per the terms and conditions.

Firstly their CEO never kept any of his appointments, very seldom rep**** to message and never took my calls. The renovations was so un organized as they never had material on site on time and never did what they said. When I complained they just ignored it and or blamed each other. Renovations are, so said done, but the finishes are so bad. Walls not straight, not smooth. The walls of the ensuit doesn't even align. First little rain and leaks all over the place. 3 different sades of tiles in 1 area.

I am currently 2 month after payment, still waiting on them to complete the automation of my gate that has been paid for.

Please don't use them. They don't care about clients just taking their money. I'm not even sure if they going to finish.
