Clear our credit profile we can't obtain credit anywhere else 😭 since 2014 signing up with this company. We want justice

Your services are absurd and misleading people with your adverti*****t @ Nadine you promised us that you would request of Lyle Irwin to contact us . We unfortunately we're unlucky to get hold of him via telephonically we then decided to come to your business office In October 2024.The same address where we were called to signed numerous documents and you have previously acknowledged you have received payments from 2014 till 2021 which we are in possession of and yourself and granted us access to our equity on our property knowing that all our debt weren't paid up as your agreement.We were promised as per your policy after 12 months we would be put back at the commercial banks at a lower interest rate this never happened from 2014 all lies .Our house was auctioned off in the month May 2024 due to you'll not accepting our approved buyer which was committed due Jason freel conveyance attorney for the transfer to proceed . The amount that was offered was enough to cover the debt that owned to Mattfin, hereafter you went and sold our property without our acknowledgement. Our debt is still on our credit profile for the amount that the house was sold on auction which was not updated,Mattfin received the money that was due to them ,in turn they refusing to update our credit profile as settled and claiming R400.000 interest that we owe them.We want our account closed and debt taken off immediately.The ombudsman is copied in this report.This company is a ******* and pushing people out of the residence by using all the equity in the properties of people so that they can make it impossible for people to get credit elsewhere and end up selling their possessions.
