bad service

Their service is pathetic, they don't answer emails regularly, unless it is threatening. The agent, Gavin, just want to sign you up, afterwards he is nowhere to be found. The GM, Lyle, is not a very sympathetic person, and hard to get hold of unless through their attorney. Please read the fine prints when you do decide to sign up with them. We had to sell our house eventually after all this and they charged us R100k extra, (apparently due to the interest hike) than they amount they actually gave out to pay my debt to clear my name.
