NEVER USE MATTFARM PLUMBING - from Insurance or Personal USE

Mattfarm Plumbing has been the worst experience I have ever received. NOT even mentioning how POOR their communication is, calling is almost impossible. You do all the call work, they don't. Burst pipe in the wall, took them 3 days to eventually come and block, it, and then another 4 days, just to do the replacement of the pipes, not giving the quote of replacement through to the insurance on time, causing the job to stand for very long, then the geyser burst, as they fixed the pipe, they had to come out 3 times to fix the geyser... first to fix it, then to set the temperature right, then to fix the pressure of it. they are a waste of your valuable time, they do not confirm and stick to agreement costs to repair or fix. do not ask them to do tiling at all, they have a very *********** team, arrived without any tools, and made such a mess, another team eventually had to come fix their mistake. I would never recommend or use them to anyone. PATHETIC
