Mattel's Service Poor

Mattel has a website therefore to purchase RLC hotwheels as being part of the club. (Paid service). on two occasions I have not received what I had paid for and wanted the items I paid for not the cash refund because I am a huge collector of Hotwheels. The first time I pressume they neglected to send my RLC vehicle I bought and the awnser from Mattel sorry here is your money back, the second time I bought x2 RLC vans but received only x1 with the incorrect packing slip of someone else inside the parcel therefore I received someone elses parcel which ordered x1 of which I ordered x2. what was the feedback-sorry here is your money back. This is no way to treat customers who enjoys the hobby!! thirdly on more than one occasion, 11 april 2023 again, I purchase a RLC skyline, I click immediately when the site opens to purchase, it takes me to checkout, I checkout from my basket, it lets you wait in line to pay- what happens/// it kicks one out automatically and say you have nothing in your basket and gone is everything--- this is not on. Really not happy with how being treated as a a huge Hotwheels collector. we already in south africa dont get super treasure hunts and the awesome stuff like in US-so to get these RLC cars from Mattel and into SA is costly but as a fan I still collect and try. Really not happy with Mattel's attitude of dont care.
