Matt Coetzee - Ukudala products

Since May 2019 I have been dealing with Matt Coetzee from Ukudala to manufacture items for me from crocodile leather. the tanned skins was delivered to him11 June 2019. he asked for a deposit to be paid upfront which was done 05 June 2019. He asked for the full payment on 14 June due to a lack of funds which was paid 18 June. till today no finished products or refunds of my payments was received. after various whatsapps, phone calls, the man disappeared. can you please help.
