Very poor service

<p>It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order with Matt Arend and still nothing. At first when I requested aboit the product on facebook, the sales team was very quick and responsive even after hours. But as soon I've made the payment, nothing. Not a tracking number not a delivery date or courier service used. After a week I tried to contact Matt Arend via email, explaining how dissapointed I am. Matt called me and said he will sort it out and get back to me. It has been another week and nothing. They don't answer my emails nothing. This is why I don't trust online stores. They are quick to take your money and then they push you a side to **** the next person.</p>
