If u want to experience bad service try Matt Arend Timepiece. Paid cash in Nov 2019 the watch was delivered but was faulty. I reported ds to them & sent the watch back to them for examination & it came back after more than a month wt same problem. I asked what did their technician found to be a problem but I never got a response. Even today the watch is not working & they don't respond to my emails nor whatsap messages.
