Sale on no stock

On Monday morning I place an order with Matt Arend for the ma 411 watch and was promised to received the order in 2-3 working days. On Wednesday i tried tracking the order and to my surprise the status was "not shipped yet".

I sent a whatsapp and was told they do not have stock, yet they did not bother telling me this upon placing the order. Matthew from MattArend told me I should worry i will receive the order by latest Friday, which I did not like.

Thursday morning I phoned them on ********** 080 and they promised to give me a call back an that they will make a refund of 0.01069 bitcoin to my account by close of business.

Now its Friday, still no refund and no delivery. Some rude lady said to me on the phone hat she is the business owner and she cannot help me, only Matthew can do the refund and he is not in the office.
