Pathetic service and quality!

I purchased 2 watches from them and within a few months the mechanisms on both packed up, not to mention the one had to be taken in prior for the clip to be repaired because it kept getting loose. Now I took both watches and dropped it off with the guy on the 10th February 2018 (after 4 months of trying to getting them dropped off for repairs) who promised to have it sorted/repaired in 4 days.... however to date nothing.... my calls, whatsapp messages and text messages are being ignored. The last resort is legal action, which will definitely be within this week. Im based in Durban and purchased it from the Umhlanga branch.
