Matthias Arend is a ***** and a sorry excuse of a business

I ordered a watch online from Matt Arend, but when I received the product it wasn't what was advertised on the picture. I didn't like the quality and it was the wrong colour. I returned the product back to them with Matthias Arend insisting that the product was the one I had ordered. They insisted that I return the watch at my own expense and told me that I wouldn't get my money back for the engraving even though it was them who engraved the wrong product. Almost 3 weeks since the watch was returned and I still have not received my refund. He keeps telling me I will have my money by the end of the day each time I call, but it has been a lie every time. I regret the day I ever came across this business. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. PRODUCTS ARE OF CHEAP QUALITY AND THE BUSINESS OWNER IS A CROO****
