<p>Eish, the service at Matt Arend (Rosebank) is the ultimate miss. There's a wave of arrogance that seems to float around amongst the very uninterested personnel who are not quite sure whether they are assisting you or you are assisting them. For a second, I thought I was at the till at Shoprite.</p> <p>I pity the owner of this establishment.</p>
