Upon placing an order with the company on the 23rd of December in the morning, i was told in the afternoon that what i was looking for, was not available, i would help if they said that the item was not in stock before i placed an order. Immediately after i was told that the item was not available, i asked for a refund which i got a reply on the next day as they asked for my account details. On Wednesday, at 10:19 am, i spoke to someone named Matthew with a funny-ish accent who said that they will refund my money by close of business Friday. When Friday the 28th came, nothing was done in terms of the refund but instead, Money went from my account into theirs, their ordering system is flawed and ******** will see that soon enough. Now i would like my money back please for order number #30716, so you know who wrote the review, i would like my refund again.......
