Horrible service

I made an order for a watch on the 7th of February,made full payment and only received notification via email confirming my proof of payment,when I call the office in Cape town no one answers,on WhatsApp they read and ignore messages.I also returned the other watch that was not working well,they haven't even updated me if they find the fault.
