horrible product and service

I bought one of the timepieces as a birthday present. Since I have bought it,it has not worked properly. It has been couriered back and forth with no good result. It loses time while being worn!! The last time I got it back, it did not even keep the correct time for half a day!! It is absurd how difficult it is to get hold of anyone! I sent a message on their facebook page and got an immediate response. And I thought I made some headway. Only to be pacified with empty promises that they will contact me. Needless to say, this was the most embarrassing birthday gift ever bought. All I want is a refund to buy a proper watch that works!! Instead it gets stuck in the post more than it is worn. Appalling!!
