Faulty Matt Arend Timepiece

i bought 4 personalized time pieces. One of them was faulty when i received it, and i sent it back. The fixed the fault. It is now 4 years later, and the one arm broke off, fell into the automatic mechanism, and seized the watch. i reported it, and Matt Arend wanted to charge me R600 to service the watch. They said it was due to wear and tear and that it was my negligence that caused the damage. FYI, i own 19 watches, which i wear interchangeably( mostly use the Garmin though). I've got watches older than 20years and never has an arm broken off one of the dials. And then to rub salt in the wounds, Matt Arend was aware that i was in the process of buying two new timepieces from him, and wanted to only fix the faulty piece if i bought the two other new pieces. Why must i risk being in this same position with two new pieces in the future? I've tried to make contact with the owner, Matthias Arend, but the whatsapp contact for Matt Arend watches, wouldnt give me his contact details.
