Dissatisfaction of service and faulty product!

To think I recommended the very same organisation/retailer, i have learnt that Matt Arend Timepieces doesn't pride themselves in professionalism and customer service. My timepiece which stopped working a week after purchase was sent to them again to replace and send back. I am without the product I bought while I have paid for it.

Unfortunately this is an online shop which is based in Cape Town and when i request any means of them to attend to this, they told me the person that is dealing with my inquiry is away on a wedding spree... I am without feedback and the timepiece for 2 months now, can anyone assist please.
