disappointed - MA 145L constellation

So this is really not funny any more and I am so over this, that I actually do not want this watch anymore, my first mail was send to your info address on the 27/12/2017 (almost a month ago) I had no responds until I send my second mail and Facebook message on the 05/01/2018, where I was advised to wind this up at the crown!!! what I have been doing but. no responds again until I mailed on the 12/01, yet still today no answer!!! The service and the watch is such a disappointed, this was a Christmas present that I could not afford but got from someone else!!! after seeing all the reviews about this company I am thinking twice about your watches!!! The watch keeps on standing still even if I move!!! can we get this resolved so I can actually use this what this is used for????
