**************** from Matt Arend Timepieces

So disappointed in this brand, bought 3 timepieces (watches) from them, 2 didn't work, i returned the watches and pay for courier, they want me to pay over R500 for repairs for watches that didn't even work, tried to engage with them but they insist I must pay. Bad services and ****************, how do i pay for repairs for something that didn't even work. So warranty and guarantee don't apply in this case? But they advertise that they sell timepiece which have months of warranty and guarantee. Matt Arend Timepieces is 100% ****. Don't go near them.
