Damaged watch and still no refund

<p>I purchased 2 watches from this company which i received damaged. I took them back and was told that i would be refunded in a weeks time. This was in December and we are now in February and i still await my refund of almost R2000. When i chase this up, i am always getting told that this payment will be processed tomorrow, tomorrow comes and still no refund - emty promises. This company delivers damaged watches and watches of poor quality and then when you want a refund they dont give you your money back but rather keep coming with excuses. They ***** your money even though you have returned their items. I will no longer support or like any of your social media and i will make sure to make all family, friends etc aware of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its disgusting how you run a company with no communication and no self respect.</p>
