BAD service

I bought a watch from MATT AREND TIMEPIECES [URL Removed] After receipt and inspection of the item I found it to be of unsatisfactory quality (cheap: [URL Removed] I decided to return the item for a refund as per the company's refund policy. It took me weeks worth of telephone calls and e-mails to eventually establish how I can get the refund. I was unhappy with the service and demanded to speak to management. Matthias Arend ***) contacted me on 20/11/2015 regarding my complaint, promising me feedback within 3 days. No response. After harassing the head office I finally received a call from Matthias Arend on 10/12/2015. Matter still not satisfied.<br> In close: If you want a good quality product, together with good customer service, do not do business with Matt Arend Timepieces.
