Bad quality, worse service!!!
<p>Bought a watch from them on Friday, the next day it stopped working. Took it back and they wouldnt refund me, but insisted that they would send me another watch. Now I cant afford the courier fees and now they have my money and I have no watch. R1100 down the drain. Taking this to my lawyers now as Matt Arend dont respond, and dont give any feedback whatsoever.</p> <p>Dont buy their watches, terrible quality! Chine Mall sell more reliable watches</p>
Matt Arend has resolved this issue very speedily and ha sent my timepiece to me at their cost. I am very impressed with their service and customer care and withdraw my nasty comments about Matt Arend. Thus far I am very impressed with the lengths they have gone to, in order to satisfy my needs. Thank you Matt Arend
