Bad after service and no response

Bought two watches from Matt Arend Timepieces. Quick to take your money but after service is very poor. Whatsapp nr provided does not get answered and send three emails already asking when I will receive my watches. No response whatsoever. I would not recommend buying from them if this is the service you receive.
