Absolute CON ARTISTS!!! Matt Arend and ClicIt Holdings

If I could I would give a zero rating.I was looking for a skeleton watch and was impressed by their range and the beautiful pieces they advertise on their website. I asked them some questions via the What's App number and was impressed by their willingness to help with my individual request and their quick response. They sent the invoice within minutes. I'm usually quite vigilent about watching our for ****s, but in this case everything seemed in order.... Boy, was I WRONG!!! I definitely should've read the reviews first! I paid for an overnight delivery and when I still hadn't receive the watch days later, I enquired about it and that was when the excuses started.... They are quite creative when it comes to that! They even deleted our previous What's App chat where the promises were made. I cancelled my order (per their terms and conditions) and was told that we would be refunded. It's been two weeks, still no money and just more excuses...They even had the audacity to say that the bad reviews was for their Cape Town branch and that they were from Pretoria and trying to rebuild trust in the brand. They are definitely not succeeding! PLEASE learn from my mistake and don't buy from them!!!
