4 watches - 3 Faulty- 4th Not Functioning

We are beyond upset and completely at a loss for words at your service and quality of your supposed "timepieces"

After buying 5 watches from you between February and May of this year 2017 we have yet to have 1 of them actually not break, leak water or actually stop working alk together.

The watch that has now completely made us distraught and absolutely non supporting of Matt Arend has now been sent in 4x and you have charged us for the shipping g costs of a watch 6 months old supposedly with a 2 year guarantee. Well we received the watch back today assuming it would finally be in full working order. Well astonishingly the watch does not even tick. It does not work. ***. I want a full refund. No questions asked. Direct deposit straight into my account. Send the couriers to collect your watch so that you are able to look at it for yourself.

We are fine. No more repairs. No more Matt Arend. Expect social media exposure as all 5 pieces purchased as gifts etc either: leak water. Crowns have fallen off, buttons to change dates settings fallen off. Stopped working, saps broken, hands stick and don't work.
