Matsepes Attorneys in Property department you are beyond pathetic

This Law firm based in Bloemfontein 1 President Steyn, this firm is beyond pathetic especially with property issues, we have been waiting for 2 months so that we can move into a property we haver purchased, we were threatened to pay for transfer and bond charges so that registration can take place we were compliant with every instruction but up to now, me and my family we are homeless and the sad part is that nobody care and they are not sympathetic towards their clients. When I told her I am going to lodge a complaint she said that it is up to me what I do with no remorse, I have never experienced such a pathetic service ever in my life. I will never recommend this firm to anyone, I mean they do not care that we have small children without a home, our previous property was registered on the 20th of April 2021 and we are still waiting on Sharon and Udette to do their job. I hope nobody needs to deal with this in the near future. With the dates that are not consistent, today you are told this, then tomorrow you are told another.
