Rude & Unprofessional

For about a week we have been trying to get hold of this person and all they do is decline calls or ignore them. Personally this is so rude and unprofessional. Clearly Paul doesn't care about business and making money. He tells you he will help you, but then ignores you point blank, without providing an explanation or tell you he can't do the work. I would not recommend this person or company to anyone, as business is not dealt in that manner. At least tell the person you can't help them or provide an alternative resource. Very disappointed.
