********l Unauthorised debit orders

Matrix Solutions have been deducting R99.99 from my account for a little over a year now via DigiCash. I stopped this with DigiCash and informed them that this is **********. They put a stop on the debit order. But now deduct my account twice monthly on the 27th and the 31st.<br> <br> I have contacted Ulias from Matrix Solutions. he promised to refund all monies deducted with 7 working days but instead of doing so has now changed the debit date to the last day of the month and now deducts my account twice monthly.
