Extremely Horrible Service Experience !

This Company has no care for a person or their business. They fool you by getting you on with these promises and thereafter when they do not keep up to their promises they shove the contract in your face all the time.

A person by the name of Stuart Miller who might be the owner, dont care at all. He is like a recorder that keeps on saying the exact same thing all the time in his email "YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT HONOUR IT"

The company is service orientated but they know nothing about making a client happy or bare minimum of atleast finding a solution that works for both parties. All they care about is payment, whether it works for you or not. Not once did he pick up the phone to explain anything or even try to find a solution for me or even set up some sort of meeting. All he does is hide behind his emails and keep on sending "The Contract is binding and you need to honour it by paying up. The best part was that I did not ask for the contract to be cancelled , I merely emailed them mentioning that they need to keep to the promises they made when I signed the contract. First reply from him was , you signed the contract now it is binding on you.

I will never trust this company again in the least bit. This is the worse service I could ever experience.

Maybe other clients experienced it differently but this is what I experienced personally with this company.
