Thomas is a *****. Plain and simple. He gladly takes the 60% deposit with a million promises. 4 Months later .... still waiting on him. In the mean time I've reached out to other aggravated customers and it is very clear that his modus operandi is as follow: He is quick to send a competitive quote, stating that the sooner you pay the 60% deposit the sooner Matrix can come and do your installation (He usually has a "day open next week"). After You've paid the deposit, Nothing!!! You cannot even get hold of him. He simply does not answer his phone. He responds every now and then via whatsapp with some bull**** excuse. Oh and best is when He starts telling you how he is a Christian and that he is good for it. It's been 4 months... From what I understand He is in and out of prison more than anything else as Clients have now started to open cases of ***** against him, and I need to state MULTIPLE cases of *****. I've myself Lawyer-ed up and am now taking legal action against him. Thomas is as shady as they come. Proper con-artist, terrible **** and businessman. Would not recommend doing business with them. Rather go bet your money on horses...you might actually win!
