New upstart in the Alumunium & Glass provider space has an awful lot to learn.

At first encounter Matrix Aluminium seems friendly, professional & eager to provide good customer service.

Long story short, while the end product ended up being ok the whole experience was frustrating & painful. Subcontractors get used which ultimately leads to the person taking the order & doing the work being two different people. There is little to no attention to detail & a general lack of pride that is caked in a multitude of excuses. The site was mostly left in a mess. Timelines & expectations are badly managed. For a start up company they have a lot to learn about customer service & getting it right 1st time.

I gave a new business a chance & a paid a price far greater than the invoice. Would recommend using a more experienced & professional service provider that doesn't sub contract, gets it right 1st time & understands what customer service is all about.
