****** and unreliable company

After accepting a comprehensive quote from the owner, Thomas, I was told that I must pay for the builder. I gave an additional R1000 over the R13000. The issue now is that the Stack door is stuck and we can only open panel. Thomas came to look at it and promised to set a day aside to come fix it. This is now 4 weeks later. He is not taking my calls and my Whatsapps are read, but not responded to. This company is totally unreliable, and they are ******. Don't deal with them!
