Worst service of my lifetime

This is the worse service I've ever received in my lifetime,7 PM I'm still waiting for a delivery that was suppose to be delivered in the morning,the drivers keep on lying and they delivering for north,east and south.Cant be waiting for a delivery at 7pm I mean the store is even closed now,so who do i follow up with
