Poor customer service

We bought a new Base and Mattres after the sales person recommended this paticular bed that was on sale at the time on 13 Jan 2020, after about 6 months you can feel the springs on the right hand side bottom of bed poped out, so my mom phoned them to report it because it came with a 2 year warranty as per the sales person we spoke to she spoke to VJ and Naome and reported it but til today no one has returned my moms call, every week my mom calls they have another soppy storie and we just have to be happy with a 6 month old bed that we paid R9 500 for that is already broken and no one cares! And they also expect us to pay an addition R2000 if they must del a new bed
