Mattress Factory - Storage Base

I purchased a queen size storage base and mattress from the Mattress factory at the Hillfox Centre in Roodepoort and this was in February 2019. once it was delivered and we were trying to set up the Hydraulic arm system I realized that the one arm was broken/part missing, and that the handle on the outside of the base was Broken/Loose. Since February I have been dealing with Jabulani from the store who initially did his best to try and help but to no avail, he then referred me to Izaan (contact details available) and Shaun who seemed to be ready to assist, but after 3 failed scheduling's I am still sitting with a useless item that isn't serving its purpose...……….

I assume that this issue with finally be sorted out ASAP now that I am laying a formal complain...
