Appalling service from Mattress Factory

I recently bought a bedroom suite at this store and the side pedestals are damaged. I only realized this later that the handles are not fitted properly. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager to tell him about the problem however, my texts are being ignored. I used to trust this company and had referred my friends to them however I am very much disappointed. The service there is appalling after they have delivered faulty furniture. They all seem friendly and all when you go make the purchase however, when you need help after the purchase has been done you receive terrible service. I will never buy from this store again and now it makes sense why their furniture is so cheap!!’
