Mattress and couch poor service
Disappointed in the service received after purchasing a headboard from mattress and couch woodmead. Measurements were taken to see it can fit in the bedroom. Item was delivered after 6 weeks as it is a special to make which is fair but the item could not fit through the one door. Mattress and factory driver called head office to which one of the managers mentioned they cannot return the item or take it back to be modified. He also mentioned it’s the weekend it’s not time for this. Dissapointed in this business not willing to help with alternative solutions as the sales man said they could take it back to modify it. Seems only Coricraft, and Rochester are willing to help when one purchases furniture.
