STOLE R3000 DEPOSIT - NO WORK DONE

I used Jerry to do my electric fence, which took 3 weeks to complete. I then felt sorry for him and gave him a deposit of R3000.00 to do my driveway gate. he took my deposit and then told me that he has no money to complete my job and that he unfortunately cannot help me. he is still trading, i dont know how, but he is a *****. he stole my hammer from my wendy house. DO NOT USE HIM.
