Bad Service and Bad Attitude

I laid a claim with them 3 years ago and all they have been saying was \We'll get back to you"today I phoned and the Lawyer himself \""Matodzi Neluheni\"" could not speak to me hence he gave the phone to his receptionist who had a very very Bad attitude like she went to school and graduated for with flying colors. I mean what kind of a business are you guys running??? are you going around robbing people of their hard earned money??? is this firm even legal? do you guys take your clients serious????? is\""How deep our pockets are\"" all that matters to you guys????? I need answers from You People"
